Your analytics show visitors every day, but the phone does not ring and the form stays quiet. This is one of the most common problems we see, and it usually has a handful of causes.

1. The page is slow on a phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone, often on mobile data. If the page takes more than three seconds to show something useful, many leave before they see anything. Test your site on PageSpeed Insights and on a mid range phone.

2. The first screen does not say what you do

A beautiful photo with a vague line like "Excellence in every project" tells the visitor nothing. The first screen should say what you do, for whom and where, in one or two sentences.

3. There is no clear next step

Every page should end with one obvious action: call, WhatsApp, book or fill a short form. If the contact details are hidden in the footer, people will not hunt for them.

4. The form asks for too much

Name, phone and one line about what they need is usually enough. Every extra field loses a few people. Ask for the rest on the call.

5. There is no proof

People want to see that others trusted you. Real reviews, photos of real work, client names where allowed and clear details about your team all help.

6. The traffic is the wrong traffic

If your visitors come from searches like "what is" or from another city you do not serve, they were never going to enquire. Check which pages and searches bring your visitors.

7. Enquiries arrive but nobody follows up

Sometimes the enquiries do come in, but land in an inbox nobody checks. Make sure form emails reach a real person and consider an instant WhatsApp reply so leads do not go cold.

Where to start

Fix speed and the first screen first. They affect every visitor. Then make the next step obvious and the form short. These four changes alone often make a visible difference.
